Our “East Trip”, as we refer to it, was one of many wonderful road trip vacations we were blessed to take Mom and Dad on.

Dad’s comments, made with awe and wonderment in his voice, as he saw things he had thought he’d never see in his life, make up a big part of my fondest travel memories.

      It was our pleasure, Charla! Mom and Dad were the best travel companions anyone could wish for. They’d never been anywhere, so were thrilled to see whatever we showed them. 😊

    We often enjoy something even more through our kids eyes when they see something for the first time, but how special it is to be able to do that with your parents. It’s great that he experienced awe and wonder in his later years thanks to you! Blessings abound.
