As I wind up my baking for Christmas 2020, I’m reminded of a few things.
Cooking and baking is always a catharsis for me, because no matter what I’m making in my kitchen, there are a flood of memories with each dish.
Covid19 may have taken many things from us this year, but it will never take our memories.
Cheers to all of you, and may this “Covid Christmas” bring back fond memories and hopes for more to be made!

You are right – Covid can’t take our memories. And I bet we are all going to remember this year for the rest of our lives! While there has been a lot of pain, I hope there have been some good memories, too. And I especially hope we all can make wonderful memories again once this pandemic is history.
