Friday Freestyling … Reflection Perfection

On recent morning walks, there has been virtually zero wind. This is a rarity in these parts.

Besides adding to the comfort and the peacefulness of my morning power walks, the reflections on the river have been outstanding.

      Some days those reflections can’t be beat. No wind in your neck of the woods either? I’m sure not complaining.

      My power walks consist of a warm up and a cool down pace with a very brisk pace in between, Lenore. These early morning walks set my energy level for the entire day. Some days though, I make a few stops for photos, so that likely negates my peak pace, lol. It’s the doing the walk that matters more than the speed. Have a great day!
