We’re currently spending half of our lives living in the USA, where we’ve made many very good friends over the years.

Through WordPress, I’ve also been blessed with many cyber friends who live in the USA.

    As I was reading my travel journal from a year ago (we do that every night) I was reminded that we were in St Clair, MI last year. Right along the river and we watched fireworks. My favorite part, though, was seeing all the Canadians lined up on the other side of the river/border with their chairs and goodies watching the fireworks, too. It just warmed my heart so much.

      What a nice memory, Charla. The press and social media would like us to believe that we’re enemies because of politics. My experience has been quite the opposite, as has been the experience of all of my Canadian friends who winter south. Have a great day!

    America at 250: still collecting friends from everywhere! I love visiting Canada, and love when they visit us here. After all the Hockey teams the US has stolen, you’d think we were all related! 🇨🇦🇺🇸 ⛸️
