Easy Eggs

This simple, two-egg cheese omelette is filling and almost (1.5 grams carbs per tablespoon of chunky slasa) carb free.

One nice thing about switching to low carb for a while, is that large portions aren’t necessary to keep hunger at bay.

    For some reason, I’ve always struggled with making omelettes. I’m never satisfied with how they look, maybe it’s too much heat or overcooking. Yours look perfect!

      Thank you for the great compliment, Edward! I learned how by watching a chef at an omelette bar in a hotel we stayed in a few years ago. She was very obliging to answer all of my questions.
