It’s ALL Grand

Whether man made or Mother Nature made, there are more marvels in this world than one could hope to see in a lifetime.

After a few days on the Vegas Strip and Fremont Street, we took my cousin, Carrie out of town to Laughlin, NV.

On the way, we showed Carrie the spectacular and historical Hoover Dam (hubs and I had been there several times before). On our second day at Laughlin, we took in the West Rim of The Grand Canyon (first time for all of us).

There’s nothing that beats the feeling of sharing these incredible sights and experiences with family.

Thank you, Carole! It’s truly beyond what photos or descriptions can provide. Seeing all of the wonders was at one time my travel bucket list too. Enjoy the rest of your Thursday!

Nice pics. I’ve been there a few times and am always amazed at what God made while he had a spare minute or two.

Great pictures! And the best dining ambiance ever! Now, in the community theater picture, Carrie does look close to the edge! I hope she wasn’t. Funny timing, Terry… We have an interview coming up to be camp hosts at Mather Campground at Grand Canyon National Park. The gig would be next Fall (mid August- end of October). We’ve never visited there before (I flew over it in a plane), so we’re hoping things will work out. Grand Canyon’s been on my mind a lot lately!

Once again we made a connection – this time over the Grand Canyon. It’s more than uncanny, isn’t it Betty? Have a great day!

Stunning! But granddaughter Maddy & I would be taking your husband’s approach. We were just talking about our height issues a few days ago. 🙂 Have a great day, Terry! 💓

I’m not overly fond of heights either, Anne. I did the skywalk so my cousin wouldn’t have to do it alone. It wasn’t all that bad once I got going. Have a great day!

I’m happy you enjoyed the sights, Lana. Yes, that sad story about the dog is a famous element of the dam. Enjoy the rest of your day!

Those pictures show beauty and the fun and love of all of you. I enjoyed seeing the fun through the expressions. Yes, too close to the edge for me. And her posing is great. Thanks for the enjoyment.
