Can You Guess?

To get back to my most comfortable weight, I intend to lose 10 lbs in the next two months.

I’ve made up a new eating program, which consists of three methods combined: 16/8 intermittent fasting, low carb, and reduced calorie.

Can you guess what bits from this plate ended up on hubs’ plate?

Getting healthy is also a goal I have. It can be hard to keep things going. Life can through you curveballs and before you know it, that healthy routine is not so routine anymore. Some good choices have helped me. Doing the stairs instead of the elevator and even replacing junk food with healthy snacks.

I was about to say the meat, but then I saw the other comments and I was wrong. Sounds like a great plan, so good luck, Terry.

Cute saying! My fast is daily for 18 hours, Chuck. This (Tuesday) meal fell into my 8 hour eating window. If you read Betty’s comment, you’ll see the answer. 😊 Have a fab day!

The meat stayed, and the salad stayed. Only a small amount of dressing stayed. The rest – including the croutons – all went to hubs. You will get to your goal!

Yes, I lost 40 lbs in 2018 and felt fantastic – this past year, 10 of those lbs reappeared, and I don’t want to get uncomfortable again. Also, good guess on the question – and if you took the salad croutons as bread too, you aced it! Have a great rest of your day, Carole!

I know theory, Terry. IT’s putting it into pracice and sticking to it that’s the problem.

Thanks, Carole. I had no problem keeping it off until I had to pause my power walking for the past several months.

Hubs got those items plus a few more, Anne πŸ˜‰ My walk went well – increased speed and added a bit of distance. Now, two days off to give my body a chance to recover. I hope all of your exercise goals continue to come easily for you. Have a great day!
