In my world, it’s the best time of day … quiet, except for the waking birds, peaceful thinking time, and that consistently soft glowing light, illuminating everything it touches to welcome a new day.

These days, it’s just before 5 am.

    Sunset is my time of day. Especially when it sets on the ocean and disappears below the horizon to sunrise elsewhere

      I’ve seen some beautiful sunsets too, Carole, but not many, as I’m usually sleeping by that time, thus the early mornings.

    Nice picture. I get up around 6 am, Texas time, so I can enjoy the sunrise and listen to the birds tell me what went on yesterday. Folks who don’t take advantage of God’s best time of day are missing out. I don’t understand Bird language, but it sounds nice, especially since I got my new hearing aids and can now hear them talking.

    You composed that photo lovely! Great job. Sometimes birds wake up Kevin in the mornings. I am deaf and don’t hear them but he sure enjoys hearing their sounds. 🙂

    I try not to breathe before 6. Any sign of life and Molly is all over it, then nobody sleeps (including Dan). But, I do love the peace and quiet of early mornings. Have a great day, Terry.

      We don’t have a dog. We used to though, so I get it, Anne. These days, I tip toe around and then out the door quietly so hubs stays sleeping. Have a great day, Anne!
