There’s lots going on at our condo building this week … carpet cleaning of stairs and hallways, landscaping upgrades, as well as pavement repairs and resealing.

We’re fortunate to live in a building where the board believes in and practices regular maintenance and upkeep of the property.

    Trade ya. While you enjoy the cool weather and condo life, I’m fighting weeds and stinging biting insects. Don’t know if me and Momo can take much more of this “good life” crap.

      Our weather lately has been nice and warm, Phil (low to mid 70’s) but not nearly as hot as Texas is likely experiencing right now. We’ll heat up here in July and August. I sure don’t miss the yard work part of “the good life”. Did it for years and although the outcome was rewarding, I hear ya about bugs. We have a saying here that our mosquitoes are as big as B-52 bombers!

      There are no outstanding items, Lana. Everything has a schedule and new items are added as needed.

    I need a ‘Board’ to manage the maintenance and upkeep of my property! Haha! I’ve been doing some spring cleaning, but there’s always more to do. :o)
