Each year at this time, we’re gifted freshly picked rhubarb from folks we know.

I chopped it up and made a fave dessert from our childhood.

    I love rhubarb, we have it growing in the garden. You can’t beat rhubarb crumble with natural yoghurt for breakfast. Delicious

      I also love it warm with cream over it for breakfast. I hadn’t thought of yoghurt, so thanks for sharing that idea!

      It’s delish, Betty! Even if the rhubarb is a little tart, the ice cream sweetens it up just enough… sort of how it helps an apple pie made with Granny Smith apples.
