This morning’s walk saw me on a new trail.

I’m not at power walking pace yet, as I’m awaiting delivery of snow and ice running cleats to put over my runners.

Walking in Mukluks slows my pace considerably and my feet and legs tire easily due to the lack of arch supports.

Despite this, I was able to do almost 4 Km this morning, and the slower pace allowed for more attention to my surroundings.
