According to the vernal equinox, yesterday was the first day of spring. Hubs said yesterday that he thought it used to always be on March 21, so of course, I did some reading about it this morning.
I found an interesting article in The Farmers Almanac about the first day of spring. If you’re interested, you can read it here.
It was also National Macaron Day yesterday, so I packaged up some from my last bake and delivered to friends here in our park.

How did you celebrate the first day of spring?
Photo Note: The sunlight of morning golden hour did all of the enhancement needed for my feature photo.

We had March weather in February, and now we are having February weather in March. So, to celebrate the first day of Spring, we put on our winter coats, gloves and hat and took a walk. We did see some bright yellow daffodils on our walk, so there is hope.

Good for you for bundling up and getting out for that walk, and yes, the daffodils sound like a good omen 😊Thanks for stopping by to read and comment, Betty and enjoy the rest of your day!
