After a very dry and very hot summer, we’re finally getting some rain here.
Unfortunately, it’s in the middle of harvest.
My farmer friends have mixed feelings- happy for the base moisture, yet anxious as to whether they’ll get this year’s crop off before the frost.
It was tough to accurately capture the beauty of the rain drops on this portulaca flower.
