A few weeks ago, I was gifted a vegetarian cookbook from my cousin who lives on Salt Spring Island, BC, Canada.
Hubs and I are both dedicated carnivores. I was pleased to see many recipes we can work into our non vegetarian diets.
Because I haven’t been getting out for my walks since my Dad’s recent health decline, I’m relying on older photos for the occasional blog post.
This pie was beyond amazing.
