As the days get longer, I find myself moving into my summer sleep/wake routine.
I’m usually awake before the break of dawn, and to bed long before sunset. Eight undisturbed hours of sleep is normal for me.
I truly believe the power walking contributes to the sublime sleep I enjoy almost every night.
While I’m out walking at sunrise, I’ve found that there are countless ways to frame the beautiful ball of light that faithfully greets us each day.

Great quote. Yes, a sunny day makes me feel happy. I am wondering how many hours of daylight you have. Here, today sunrise is 5:45 am and sunset is 8:11 pm. I seem to sleep 7 hours and and could set a clock from time I fall asleep to the time I wake up. I do agree about sleep quality. The more steps I have, the better I sleep. And a good sleep feels so good the next morning. Enjoy the day!
