We had a lovely, refreshing rain last night.
Early mornings after a night rain are among my favourite times to power walk. The air is fresh, the temperature is perfect, birds and squirrels are playing and splashing, and the puddles provide lots of photo ops.

It always feels so cozy when it rains during the night. And yes, everything feels clean and fresh in the morn. I like how the line of water parallels the sidewalk, and the tree branches are clearly reflected in it.

Thank you for your comment, Betty! I took several shots in several different puddles, but I also liked how this one reflected the blue sky and a bit of the clouds.
