Someone has been busy making frozen decorations and hanging them in the trees along one of the walking trails here.
These surprises made a familiar trail more interesting as I became curious as to what I’d see around the next bend.

These are just a sample of the many different ice creations that greeted me on my morning power walk yesterday. I was smiling the entire time I was on this section of my trail.

The decorations are lovely. I wonder who was behind them 💚

Thanks for your comment! I have no idea who took the time to make them and then hang them along the trail. They’re sure appreciated!

Oh my gosh, those ice creations are simply lovely! I’ve never heard of them before! I like the Mark Twain quote. He’s from Missouri, you know. Hannibal is about 90 minutes away. I really enjoy Mark Twain quotes. Another case of “Great Minds.” 🙂 Enjoy your Sunday!

Thanks for your comments Betty! What I love about the ice decorations is that they’re pretty environmentally friendly. I imagine once they’ve melted, that someone will pick up the strings used to hang them, or maybe birds will gather those for their nests. I too love Mark Twain quotes. I hope your Sunday is good too. 😊

Yes, I love the evergreens and the red berries in them. I was thinking they could also be made with bird seed in them.
