Our City Courthouse was built in 1928, in the Colonial Revival Style, at a cost of just over 81,000 dollars.

In 2012, a major restoration project was completed to the tune of over 8.4 million dollars.

By 2016, services were drastically reduced to the point of the building being utilized only one day per week.

I pass this majestic old beauty many times on my walks and shake my head each time at the fact that her beautiful rooms and hallways sit vacant every day of the week but one.
