There’s beauty all around on winter sunrise walks.
On previous winters here, I opted to do my walking on a treadmill at the gym.
So far, our weather has been mild enough on most days to walk outdoors.
We’re heading into a bit of a cold snap for about a week, so my outdoor walks will be limited at the least, and possibly delayed altogether until warmer temps.
“Despite the heart numbing frost, my soul is blooming like a spring flower in the garden of my imagination to beautify the world.”

I use a stationary bike on days when it’s too cold/wet to exercise outside. I don’t enjoy it as much or think it’s as good, but it’s better than nothing. It will be a while – if ever – before I exercise again at a gym or fitness center. Although, I did enjoy my water exercise class before covid. Being outside is the best – even if it’s a bit cold. You can’t beat the inspiration when you see the sunrise or see the snow sparkling or see whatever beauty nature provides. Enjoy your day!

Thanks for the read and for your comment, Betty! I had indoor exercise equipment when we owned our house, but in our condo, I don’t have the luxury of that extra space. I’ve also canceled my gym membership until the Covid situation improves. I agree that outdoors is best. Have a great day!
