As 2020 draws to a close, I’m reviewing my photos and memories from the past year.
Despite Covid19 and everything negative that went with it, we were very fortunate to have a diverse year filled with new friends, new memories, a winter in South Texas up until the pandemic hit, 6 weeks of socially distanced camping throughout our province in the summer, and greater efforts to connect how ever we could with family and old friends.
I managed to maintain my power walking regimen until just recently and plan to resume outdoors once it’s less icy underfoot.
I had very good news health-wise at my specialist appointment this week. My exercise has kept my osteoporosis in check (and has actually improved it) and I no longer need to go for bone density tests every 2 years.
There are so many more positives that came out of this otherwise negative year, and all it took was looking back on my photos and blog posts to prove this to myself.
I thank all of you for reading/liking my posts and for the follows.
May your 2021 bless you with health, happiness, and peaceful hearts.

That is great news about your health! I try to walk every day (but not power walk). It’s encouraging to hear such concrete results. Good luck in the new year!
