If I can’t power walk at the gym d/t Covid restrictions, I need to balance out the baking with some healthy fare.
Spinach Salad with feta, raisins, mandarin oranges, and raspberry vinaigrette dressing for lunch today.
Hopefully with the new restrictions, the springtime Covid pounds I gained, and then managed to lose, won’t return.
