When I get home from my power walk on the gym treadmill, I settle in by the fireplace and knit.

It seems like the knitting helps to strike a balance between physical and mental health. While I’m knitting, all I think about is the pattern, so, for a couple of hours, it’s a great escape from the constant barrage of the world’s troubles during this pandemic.
