While on our walkabout at King Ranch, we came across this little water feature that was overgrown with water lilies.

Unchecked, the lily pads will smother the pond of oxygen, algae will form, and mosquitoes will have their perfect haven.

Hobby photography rewards me in so many more ways than I thought possible. Retirement has afforded me the time to research everything I photograph, both on our travels and here at home, and for me, this element of learning has added a new dimension to my photos. Through the research I do when reviewing the photos, Im learning far more than just about photography itself.

never stop believing,
never give up,
never stop trying, and
never stop learning”
