Yesterday, I took out my winter gym membership so I can continue power walking at sunrise.

I’m going to miss the fresh air the colours, and the peaceful scenery of my favourite trails.

That said, it’s becoming too cold to walk outdoors at my preferred time of day. Soon, there will be snow and ice underfoot so indoor indoor walking will be much safer.

I’ll power walk on the gym treadmill in anticipation of the coming spring.
