After an abundance of good food yesterday for our Canadian Thanksgiving feast, my brisk morning walk in the fresh autumn air is the best panacea.

I have many things to be thankful for in my life, not the least of these being good health as I approach the 6th anniversary of my retirement. I truly believe that the fresh air, exercise, and the peace I feel when brisk walking out in nature, has played a major role in the overall good health I enjoy.
