I believe I’ve exhausted my photos of the flowers we enjoyed in Texas this past winter.  Sadly, I’ve found no spring blooms yet here in Saskatchewan, Canada.

It’s a colder than usual early May here, so I’m going to pull on past photos to continue with my flower theme. The flower photos bring back happy memories during these not-so-happy times of Covid 19 social distancing. I’m hoping that they’re bringing you some joy too, especially if you’re in a situation where it’s difficult to get outdoors or to the country.

The Smooth Fleabane Daisy is a perennial wildflower native to Western Canadian provinces and Northwestern USA states. It is not endangered and was abundant in a rural campground we enjoyed last summer.

Never a daisy that grows, but a mystery guideth the growing; Never a river that flows, but a majesty scepters the flowing.
